RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the Augmented Reality mobile application  for any reason, you may receive a 50% refund. Please see below for more information on our return & refund policy.

REFUND PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support [ at] cleverbooks [dot] eu to explain your troubles with the product and attach pictures of damages. After receiving your request and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. It may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

PLEASE NOTE

  • You are not required to ship a damaged item back, just provide clear evidence of damage and malfunction.
  • Your funds will be returned to the account used to pay for the product.
